As part of the due diligence process, prior to completing an agreement of purchase and sale, our team can provide input on traffic volumes, access considerations, and a preliminary review of the concept plan to help with purchasing decisions, and to avoid costly redesigns to a site due to overlooked transportation issues. Conceptual design cost estimates are often developed for consideration in a project’s proforma.
