Louis is a Engineering Technologist (CET) and traffic safety professional with 14 years of experience in the Traffic Engineering and Roadway Safety sector at the technologist and project management levels. 
Prior to joining CGH as a Project Coordinator, Louis worked in the public sector, supporting various municipalities on a broad range of traffic engineering and Vision Zero initiatives. He has significant experience in neighbourhood traffic safety reviews, assessing traffic control requirements and reviewing all aspects of roadway operations through a roadway safety lens. Louis understands the importance of accurate, quantitative decision making in mitigating potential risk and reducing misinterpretation of data and methodologies.

Informed by his unique career path, Louis’ presence at CGH allows him to influence new developments, roadway designs, new policy development and delivery of transformative transportation projects across eastern and southern Ontario. 

Louis has a diploma in Transportation Engineering Technologist from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario and is a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) with The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).
