Viktoriya Zaytseva

Viktoriya is a Project Manager with over 3 years of professional experience working collaboratively with public and private clients to developed tailored transportation engineering solutions. 

Having started her career at the Region of Peel, Viktoriya has reviewed and contributed to numerous strategic policy initiatives, including the Region’s 2041 Long Range Transportation Plan. Viktoriya’s other planning experience includes future scenario evaluation using macroscopic travel demand models and geospatial data analysis. 

In her private sector experiences, Viktoriya has conducted system-wide and intersection-level studies to support traffic management during the construction phase of the Toronto Portlands Flood Protection Project and Eglinton Crosstown LRT, the planning phase of Waterfront East LRT, municipal class roadway EAs and transportation master plans. At CGH, Viktoriya spearheads Transportation Impact Assessments to support OPAs, ZBAs, and Site Plan Applications for residential and commercial developments throughout eastern and southern Ontario. 

Viktoriya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and is a registered E.I.T with Professional Engineers Ontario.
